At Red Dragon Darts, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your equipment; if your new darts or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all stems, flights, and accessories are included and the product is in a resaleable condition.

  Ship to Red Dragon

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns department, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the darts, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
